We’re excited to share this episode where we sit down and chat with Joe Dinan, the co-owner (along with his partner Lisa McDonald) and head brewer of Sanctuary Brewing Company in Hendersonville, NC.

The Gary & Mark Show has visited The Sanctuary on a few occasions for research and development of our podcast and we did record an earlier podcast there. But we were in the shadows hoping not to be noticed.
